Creating Foot Articulation


In order to properly use foot articulation, you must first have the mobility and flexibility to create the rolling action and articulation that is so critical to quality of movement.  In this video, you will learn how to stretch and strengthen your feet to gain flexibility and mobility, allowing you to effectively implement foot articulation into your dancing.  Applicable for any level of both leaders and followers.  Can be done at home, no partner needed.
